Thank you for shopping with DeadSea.online. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Sultanate of Oman

  • Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries (availability may vary)

Additional destinations may be added in the future.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Oman 2–5 business days
GCC Countries 5–10 business days
International 7–21 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Courier charges

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Multiple Shipments

As we work with multiple trusted suppliers, your order may arrive in more than one shipment.

If this occurs:

  • You will not be charged additional shipping unless stated during checkout.

  • Separate tracking numbers may be provided.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Customs Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside Oman, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

DeadSea.online has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect information may require payment of additional shipping fees before reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide updates.

DeadSea.online is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather

  • Courier operational delays

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please photograph the package before opening it.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photographs of the damaged package and product.

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Order Changes and Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
